Fraud By Bajaj finance about LOAN

Espected Sir/Mam,

I have taken LOAN for PC two years BAck from Bazaz Finance Shimla. On the name of My Uncle Govt. employee Himachal Pradesh Service Commision Shimla H.P. Details are as follows:

Name: - Mr. Prem Lal Sharma

Date of Birth:-13/02/1963

Product:-Computer Loan (HCL PC) from R.K.Traders on dated:06/11 24 installments.

Branch (If known):-Khalini Shimla

Location:-Shimla

Add. Vill.-Neri, P.O.- Durgapur, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla 171007

I have one reciept of Loan installment paid byhand on 06/04 reciept no 00256585 1495/- 100 overdue

We have done downpayment of 8000/-(refundable) and 24 installments of 1495/- each

First installment on 15/02 cheque no.-197161 UCO Bank

and last installment on 15/11 cheque no. 205900 UCO Bank

But at that time they people tell us that your Downpayment amount will be reimbursed to you on Completion of Loan payments.

Now loan payments has completed... But their office is Closed now in Shimla... That is remaining closed...

I have contacted the Bazaz Finance on Their Site by submitting a complain and i got following reply from them WE CARE (Their Customer Care...) I have send them all details 3 times but not getting any response...
