NOC not recieved after clearing the loan

Hi, I am Ayaz Manzar.

I would like to inform you that again, I took a loan for my bajaj pulser bike from Bijaj Auto Finance Ltd. in year 08.. My Loan number is "23163". and the same has been already cleared by me. I was out of country for last 1 and half year thats why couldnt able to get the NOC. Before moving to abroad I had tried a lot to get the same but failed because of your process. Right now I am in Gurgaon and wanted to transfer my bike over here but because of absence of Bank NOC I m unable to do it. I will request you to kindly send me my Loan clearance NOC to below address.

Expecting the same enthusiasm as you people show at the time of recovry of payment from client.
