My PAN and other documents have been used to get loan from BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE

Sir,

I got to know that my PAN card has been listed in CIBIL against a LOAN A/C No- L2WKOL00342815 from Bajaj Auto Finance, Kolkata.

I want to bring into your notice that the account opening date in CIBIL is 26/01.Local address used by the applicant is my old address, which I left in July. The Mobile no used by the applicant was stopped in Oct. I absolutely doubt on the verification process and need justification from the concerned body.

There was no verification coming to me at my office address too.

I need to know that who is asociated with this A/C no and on whose name the vehicle is registered? Also help me to trace the officials who have granted the loan.

I need to get my name removed from CIBIL & want appropriate punishment if any one is involved in such dirty fraud.

I ensure you that I will go to Court of Law & all legal bodies if my issue is not resolved fairly & without harrasments...
