I am not getting NOC inspite of severel reminders and follow ups on toll numbe

I purchased Bajaj Platina MH15 CA 1280 with finance from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. I have paid their EMI regularly and after clearing all EMI S the company is not issuing me NOC. No single incidence of dispute reported during loan tenure. The monthly installment was paid regularly on time through ECS.

I visited nasik branch office they told me to communicate over toll free number only and they can not help in this regard. On calling to toll free number they are saying that your complaint is registered and providing the complaint number. They are saying that my account is showing outstanding of Rs. 1400.00 and refused to provide me reasons for the same. No actions are taken by company to resolve the problem. They want to cheat me.
