Demand of Instalments
I am in receipt of the letter demanding unpaid installment of Rs. 5184/- which is incorect as I had paid the installments by way of advance cheques handed at the time of application of loan and the same has been shown to your agent before 3 months He has taken the photocopy of the Passbook for the reconciliation.
Details of the cheques are as follows:
Date Cheque no. Amount
30/06/07 772654 1458
03/07/07 772655 1458
20/07/07 772656 1458
22/08/07 772657 1458
03/10/07 772658 1458
22/10/07 772659 1458
21/11/07 772660 1458
22/12/07 811101 1458
In the letter, it is mentioned that if we do not pay the demand amount then action will be taken on our part by the company.
But, inspite of paying the instalments and providing of the passbook photocopy for reconciliation, company is demanding something which is incorrect.
Please take action agianst the company, so that it will harass the consumers against such things.
Yours truly,
Gopilal Pamecha
