Regarding Installments

I have purchased a Platina Bike (DL7SBE-1593) From Fair Deal, Jheel Showroom on 12 EMI installments Rs. 1980/-. The Period of installments is from Feb-09 to Jan-10. I have paid all the previous installments on time. I can give proof to you. But you all are disturbing me every month that my Feb-09 installments was not paid.

Please resolve this issue asap, If you want any help from my side I will co-operate with you.
