Dear sir,

Please refer to my letter dated 15th sept.2009 regarding refund of advance of Rs.500/-toward booking of one bajaj super scooter against INTIMATION CARD CUM RECEIPT No S067/002639 dated Feb.28 1983.enclosing intimation card cum Receipt inORIGINAL duly signed over revenue stamp. Ihave also photo copy of PAN card & address proof for your reference. But tilldate I have not got my money.
