Poor milage

Respected Sir,

I have purchase Platina bike dtd. 17.11.2007 Engine no. 69492 Frame no 86539

Reg.no. MH-03-AP-741 my complaint is that from

starting i am not getting milage Currently i am getting 45 Km/Litre as an my friend have purchase same product but he get 70Km/Litre

See i have purchase this bike because i cannot afford to purchase high cost bike please help me for the same.
