Non Receivable of Documents/Papers related to vehicle after completion of Loan

Subject: Request for Original Document of Bajaj CT-100, No: GJ-18, Q-774, on completion of Loan Amount (Loan Amount completed on:15th December).

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a two wheeler (BAJAJ CT-100) from CAMA Motors Pvt Ltd Plot No -906 Sector-21, Gandhinagar Gujarat on 6-3 . It was hypothecated to Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd, bearing Account No: 12217.

The details of my Bajaj Bike are as follows:

Vehicle No: GJ-18, Q-774

Engine No: DUMCMK53836

Receipt No: 18462

Receipt Date: 6-3

Challan No: 21724

I was paying the EMI Loan Amount on monthly basis, through my Indian Overseas bank Account No: 7776 of Gandinagar, Gujarat.

Now i have completed to loan amount.

The last installment of the EMI was paid on 15th December through my IOB Gandhinagar Bank account No: 7776,

Amount- 1206 Rs (To ECS-TP BAJAJ A TFR-UTO FN 0000244187283)

The Bajaj Dealer, from where i have purchase the Bike is named CAMA MOTORS, sector-21, Near petrol Pump, City- Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Now that showroom has been closed. I have contacted other dealers of Bajaj Auto Ltd. And none of them is repsonding about the whereabouts of the documents or the collection points of the documents, Kindly, let me know, that from where i can collect the original document of the vehicle.

Now, I have been shifted from Gandhinagar (Gujarat) to Bangalore.
