Dear Sir,

Are you know very well my bike deposited at your service centre dt 14 March for WTY Service and Unwanted ENGINE SOUND Problem.

Same day evening as per your machnic bike is compleeted and delivered to me ..(delivered bike 1 Screw Miss by your service centre)

But bike problem still due to sunday (off day) i am unbale to complain. We have re deposited our bike your service centre vide new jod id no : 15541, daily contact with your manager and tomarrow meet with you and your manager confirme next working day bike 100 % delivered. But we try many time your Cell :9336055555 and land line no :2604001 unfartunaly phone not picked by you also your mangar cell No:9956391977 they also not picked many time try then one persson picking phone and saying mr. Manish contact you after 5 to 10 mintus . we wait your and your mangaer phone no responce you and your manager.

We have perssonally meet your manager (21/3) in his chamber they saiying not confirmation when time delivery your bike.

Please solve my problem
