Egarding clearance of loan

I am from jodhpur (rajasthan). I took a handicam on 18 oct 07 in 12/1 scheme in which i paid eleven post dated cheques of Rs1666/- each and one in cash. Now what your people says we are sort of one cheque so you have to pay in cash. I asked for lost cheque FIR then they are misguiding me and the same time they are threatening me for the consequences. As per sms sent by bajaj finance my ac no is 506060258.Now get cofirm about this subject inform me about onward results
