Loan cleared before 4-5months but not rect no dues certificate & orignial invoice till now

With due respect. I am madhav gupta. I Purchase a Hendycame on Finance by you (on a/c of Mr. Surendra Kumar Gupta).loan has bean cleared on time no cheque was bounsed.but I don't received my orignal bill & nodues certificate till now.please send me orignal bill & nodues certificate as soon as posibal
