Refund of Extra EMI

Dear Sir / Madam,

Myself Muhammed Sharjeel got finaced Motorbike (Reg No. MP 09 MN 4987) through Bajaj Finance on 21, March for a tenure of 1 Year @ 10% paying an EMI of Rs 2750 p.m (Loan A/c No. 59410), the stated loan was paid duly and was squared off on 17, March and NOC was applied fo the same.

But to my astonishment an EMI of Rs 2750 was further deducted in April 09. On requesting for the refund of the same, the employees out there are denying for the refund and also one of their employee Rajat Sharma talks nonsence and misbehaves.

Kindly guide me as to what course of action needs to be persued against the same.
