Closure of Loan A/C No.99948

I had taken a loan amounting to Rs.34000/- from Bajaj finance Ltd in June for purchase of a Computer. They had taken a bond from me for Rs.8500/-. Monthly EMI was Rs.1629.Date of cloure of the A/C was June.

I have not made any default in any month in the payment of EMI.

On 15th February I settled my account in their Bhubaneswar Branch Office. In their Branch Office they advised me that I shall get back the Additional Sum by DD within a month.

It is regretted that instead of closing my account they have cleared another EMI in March. I contacted their Bhubaneswar Branch. They can not help. It is now April 24th. The account is not yet closed.

The Branch Office is also not providing a Statement of A/C inspite of repeated request.
