Not Refunding money taken by ECS

I have taken durable loan from Bajaj Finance Ltd. on August 08 loan no. 404321777 for the period of 10 Months & the installment will be start from Sep.08 every month on 10th & debit by ECS from my A/c. So after the 10 months complete again on 11 month i have received the Message on my mobile on Dated 06/07/09 that the ECS is coming on 10th pls arrange the funds. So i called to Bajaj customer care & had a word with Mr. Ravichandran. K on 7/07/09 he told we can't stop the same because the instructions already given to our bank so he told you clear the same & after that you send me mail regd. the issue & send me scaned Bank Statement, Loan Teram Sheet, & Purchase invoice & we will refund you the full amount.

So i have already send all the required papers by mail on 08/07/09 & after that daily i m sending reminder to Mr. Ravichandran but still they have not refund the money. Also i ask to Mr. Ravichandran pls give your mobile no. so he told you call on Landline Nos. only but whenever we try this office no. nobody answer this phone & it's continue ringing.
