Sir,

I am getting messages from Bajaj Finance Ltd on my mobile as under:

"AN AMOUNT OF RS 1800 IS OVERDUE IN YOUR LOAN ACCOUNT NO. 440049788. PAY THE SAME CHARGES URGENTLY AND AVOID LEGAL ACTION. CONTACT OUR BRANCH."

Sir,

It is out of place to mention that all the amount was paid in due dates and the same was confirmed more than ten times by their local officers, moreover the company has financed again for other item for which instalments are going on. I had given the statement of account more than ten times to their local branch showing the clearance of cheques, but they are threatning for legal action against me who had made the payments regularly and in time. Incase I receive the message again I will take legal action against the company for harrasment and mental torture.

Please look in to the matter and oblige.
