My name is Anoop kumar and my case number is 1459.I have a complaint about the collection agents, who came to collect the payment{in case of missing}.Everytime there is new collection agent and mainly without any proof that he is a employee of bajaj or having any proof of belong to the bajaj finance. It is very difficult to believe and to give the money to unknown person. Please send the account record of the particular case/person{lone taker} to verify the genuineness of the agent and current status of their account
