Bike part sold by Bajaj finance after clearing the outstanding amount

I have purchased Pulsar 180CC through Bajaj finance due to some problem i was enable to clear amount due to which i my bike got seized. after that we have cleared the amount. but to my wonder when i went to take my bike i saw that all the part of bikes are missing when asked to the Asst manager. Mr. Shekar he says that they are not responsible for anything we have to cordinate with the agency people and also threatend me. and aksing me to prove that bajaj has stolen the part. if such big companies start doing like this that what about the small companies. i have sent fax and made calls to pune office also. but there is no response. i request to bajaj finance to look into the matter as i am not getting response from any one neither from head office nor from hyderabad branch office. and more over they people are threating us.
