I have two main issues with bajaj service. my issue is quit long. but take patience to read it. i initially has made my mind to buy Honda unicorn. but only because the name of good service from bajaj i had opted to buy bajaj discover. but only after buying i regret for my wrong decision.

i initially went and inquired about the discover features their service was overwhelming and great. after making my mind to buy discover i again went once to recheck the features of new model. that time the sales executive insisted me to pay a 1000rupees advance so that i get my bike soon. and all this was to just fix me in their store and make sure they wont let this fish escape.

while buying we spoke to manager and he spoke very nicely and when we asked for some free gifts he assured me a gift of a extended warranty for my bike. and i was very happy to know it.

after all this i went and paid the cash as said by the branch manager and we went home. after this disaster stuck.

only after the purchase of bike they started dodging me. after the purchase when we returned home and checked the invoice with the cash receipt i found that he has charged me 51rupees extra from the invoice rate. and when i asked about this they dodged me for about 10days and finally agreed to pay me 51 rupees by check. funny right? check for 51 rupees. the manager said that he will send me in courier. but all that was a lie.

initially he promised me a free gift of a extended warranty book. and later i found even that was also a lie just to fool the customers? what do they think of their customers? are we from remote village buying his bike without knowing anything?

while he was speaking with us about the extended warranty book we believed him and so we dint think of insisting him to write it down in the file. being such a large management who will expect such cheaters to be in such responsible position. after buying the bike when i asked about the extended warranty book he just plainly denied saying that it has not been mentioned in the file and he cant give it. when he was speaking to us we had one of our friend from our side and one of the sales executive of his branch near us.

when he has no idea if giving it he must not have made such a promise. my point here is i am not arguing for the warranty book. why do they cheat us and try to fool us? are they trying to prove that they are more intelligent than us? and we are fools?

why does bajaj keeps such cheap people to do business with people? its a shame.

my very first point of expecting a good customer service has went meaning less. i feel cheated now.

they have not given me my 51rupees and extended warranty book they promised. worst of the cheats i have ever seen of this kind. that too a person in a responsible position of a manager.
