Bajaj Personal Loan
Loan not received and loan EMI is getting deducted

Hi,

This is regarding my (Mohammed Yaseen) Bajaj personal loan # 4040PL0009852. I have applied for personal loan with Bajaj and they have misplaced my DD. I have already send them number of reminders not to deduct my EMI amount as i have not received any loan from them.

But still there is no action from them and EMI of Rs. 4728. has been deducted my Bank account.

When i called up the Bajaj Finance office in Bangalore, they are asking me to come with the proof of EMI deducted. The response is very rude saying that they are not aware of EMI deduction from their end.

I want the Bajaj finance to come to my place and return back my amount that they deducted as it is their fault.

Could you please take action against this complaint.
