Emi clear but showing in cibil

I had Purchsed pulsar 180 dtsi in the month of jan -17 of silver grey colour.

In short i want to say that I have clear all the EMI's towards me.but there after it was showing my name in

CIBIL .I request yo u to please remove my name from CIBIL.
