Agarding cheating in bike services

I had given my bike on11/09 in the service center for serviceunder the FREE service scheam provided by the company itself.
I found no. of complaint mentioned below after the service of my bike-
1>The self of my bike was not functioning properly.
2>The HORN of right side was not at all working, which was absolutely OK before service & no problem was mentioned in thier jobcard as such.
3>The average of my bike had gone down.
4>I paid for the BILL whatever it was, which included ADDITIVE OIL & it was not put into my bike.
5>washing of my bike was not done properly & dust scratches was as it after washing of my bike... when I made complaint for this DUE washing had being written on my bill.
6> many more...
Due insufficient time due my class I could not visit the service center instantaneously after these problem came into my notice but had made a complaint soon into service center on phone into their REGISTER...
I went home in DIWALI after my exam got over & when came back, I visit to the service center with these complaint where they just corrected for the bike self problem & had put the additive oil in my bike... when asked for the HORN problem one of the EMPLOYEE named (VIVEK MALYA) & MECHANIC (JAVED) start misbehaving with me saying- We r not here to solve problem & not to create problem & it's your fault we r not responsible, Which was supported by MANAGER (JAIPAL) in their tone.
VIVEK also stated that&-quot;consumer forum me jane se koi fayda nahi... hazaro case pade rahte hai ek aur sahi... hame koi fark nahi padta"...& they start misbehaving... sir a lot of complaint r there but no is here to hear those complaint... pls HELP~~~THANK U
