Problem with engine and mileage

We had puchased Bajaj XCD in october. Official you lanuch the bike 109 kmpl But i am getting only 40-50 kmpl and regulary i am getting problem with engine side. In second serviceing i give a complet to our center they salving this problem again fourth serviceing give complat to them, recently i.e, six serviceing i put complet regarding above, still the problem was showing what is reason.
