No dewlivery of parcel

Dear sir

our company has send a parcel of medicine wide docket no 45676864 dated 17.09.08 to mumbai but till date undelivered. i had tried so many times on nos. 67775900, 26858282, 26858383 but person attending the phone put us on hold talking some personel matters on another line after asking told system is down.

while it is medicine kindly inform us asap on my mobile.
