Dear Sir,

We are a tea producing company in Nilgiris, Gudalur, MarthomaNagar P.O. Our phone number is 04262 261599,

This phone is not functioning properly for past one month and for last one week it is fully dead. We have complained this for several times. some days the phone will work for few hours and again the same thing will happend. our company is using almost 2 to 3 bsnl land phone and our staffs are provided with bsnl mobile phone and we are bsnl customer for a very long time.

It also seems to have completely neglected our complaint by bsnl and No action has been taken till now..

we are opting for BSNL because of the excellent service what you promises thtrough media we really miss the same.we could have easily opted for another service provider in the excellent telecom Market with many attractive offers, but we are using BSNL landline for very long period, and want to continue with it. In this competitive market, if the service is like this, believe me sir, BSNL has a very dark future.

I still have a hope from you that you will get things done. We expect early action from you
