Bannining from issuing of credit cards

Hello,

i had issued a Stanchart Gold card in n was using it rarely . one day to my horror i got the bill of 70000 on the usage of making air tickets, which to my best of the knowledge has not been done so.

Due to this identity theft i registered aFIR n issued the copy of it to the Bank. To my dismay so fartill date nothing has been done since past 5 years and to make the matter worse I have been banned from issuing any credit cards n have been blacklisted. so many calls and complaints have got unanswered, and the harrassement for the same is unexplainable
