Ule of 21 days

Sir,

iam an indane consumer with NO.26596 registered at sri balaji gas agency /krishnapuram ambattur, Chennai,

i wish to know why they insist me to book the next cylinder after 21 days from the date of previous delivery, in addition to that they take another 5 days to register the booking into the system, hence i had to wait a total of 21 5 =26 days to get my booking registered, and 10 to 15 days for the cylinder to reach home so a grand total of about 41 days is required to get a cylinder, our repeated requests and complaints to the agency was of no use, they say it is all as per the instructions from the IOC, as per HINDU dated 11-11 honorable Chief minister /Tamilnadu had commented on this 21 days rule, but the agency does not seem to accept this, i wish this problem to be rectified.
