Refused to issue new connection

Poor customer service, Misbehavior with the entire customer you can see if you visit their office.

I applied for a new connection as I am not having any gas connection right now. I filled in form and

Complete all documents. They sent me a letter to take the connection. As I already got gas Chula as gift from someone. They charge me rupees 150 as inspection charges to verify that I had a Chula at home or not. My house is just Next Street from Balaji gas service. Some guy came in after 2 days and checks that we are having Chula at home and went away without asking any questions. Next day we went to Balaji gas service and they inform us that you are not eligible for a new gas connection as you already using gas Chula and cylinder at home. We told them we borrow this cylinder from someone and we need a new connection that why we apply for new connection. but they refused to issue a new connection.
