Non booking of gas and non delivery of gas sylnde

I taken a gas connection on TTV from Shahi Automobiles (Gas) Sadar Bazar Delhi Cantt -10 to Balaji Gas Service SGM Nagar Faridabad on 18-08 and booking is made on the same day for refilling. They assured that the delivery of the same will be made by tomorrow but the same has not been materialised so far. When I contacted for the supply of gas sylnder, the booking clerk of that gas agency at 10.30 am today, he told me that I forgot your booking and the same is booked now and the delivery will be made in next two days. Today there is no gas at my house, how we will manage for our meals. It is tottally a harrasment to the customers. Such type of negligency should not be pardoned and they should be penalised severally. Arrangement for supply of gas sylnder may please be made today so that we can cook our food.
