Not functioning

I have bought a Mantra Magic Tilt Wet Grinder manufactured by M/s Balaji Machine Works (P) Ltd on 12/1/05. It was functioning perfectly. A couple of days back it has become non-functional. I tried out contacting M/s Venkateshwara Traders, who are the distributors of M/s BMW in Mumbai but their telephone is not functioning. Kindlyhelp me out of my predicament.
