Unable to reach company for service and Display Panel not working

We bought a Wet Grinder manufactured by Balaji Machine Works (P) Limited, Coimbatore on a recommendation by a reputed home appliance dealer in Chennai on 10/06.

After 3-4 months of use, we are having problems with the grinder and when we were trying to reach the phone numbers given on the Service brochure, we could not reach them. And also searchiing through Website - we could not locate their phone numbers.

The grinder does not work due to some touch panel issues
