With due regards I wish to bring to your kind notice that I had booked my household goods with a Maruti Zen Car with Balaji Cargo having their office at Balaji House, 1/9750A, Street No. 1E, West Gorakh Park, Shahdara, Delhi - 110032 (India), for transportation from Shahdara, Delhi to Vashi, Mumbai. On 12th October the persons from Balaji Packers came and carried all the goods with the car for onward movement to Mumbai. They committed that the goods with the car will reach to my address mentioned above on 16th October morning.

However the said goods reached Mumbai on 19th October evening and almost all the goods were badly damaged due to bad packing and transfer from one vehicle to another. I asked the Balaji persons to bear the loss which they refused and behaved very badly.

The total transportation cost was contracted at Rs 33500.00 including packing, unpacking, transportation, loading, unloading etc. They have taken the total amount in advance on 12th October, in Cash.

Now the concerned persons have refused to deliver my car and asking Rs 13500.00 more for the same. They have caused damaged to my goods for more than Rs 1 lac and now not telling where is the car. My car No is UP78 AF1881, which is still lying with those people.

They are neither picking my phone nor telling the address where the car is and asking for more amount without any rhyme or reason.

Since last few days those people had made my life a hail and causing lot of tensions and troubles.

I kindly request you to please arrange my car returned to me from those fraud people who are creating nuisances and troubles and also make good the losses caused by them to my household goods.

I would be highly obliged if a prompt action by Delhi Police could return my car to me with punishment to the accused persons.

Sir, I am helpless being in Mumbai to take any action against these Delhi based criminals.
