Electricity Bill not paid

Dear Sir,

I had put complaint on 19th April, yet no action

I repeat my complaint

this is my complaint against M/S. Balaji Tours & Travels, located at Aarey Colony, Near Royal Palms.

This shop collects MSEB bills charging Rs 10 extra.

On the 3rd April, I paid my MSEB bill and my bill was duly stamped by them. Till date the amout has not

been received by MSEB (I have checked on net with consumer no.) nor is Balaji Tours & Travels refunding my money. On contacting them on

several occasions, they just turn a deaf ear and at times be quite abusive and agressive.

Would really appreciate if you could take a stern action

so that he does not play around with other people
