Excess charging on balance transfe

My credit card no is 5176377035451029

i have taken balance transfer in the month of january for 3 months period and from that date onwards i have paid 5% priciple balance transfer amount every month and final balance of rs.26, 175/- within due dates as stated in credit card.

i am surprised to see the message on my mobile stating that i have to pay rs.675/- more. this is clear cut cheating as you have stated that the amount payable will be debited to our card and it is payable within the due dates of the card payment.

under these circumstances i am fed up with your service and now i dont want to use your card more.

kindly cancel my card plese.
