Unnecessary Mobile Bill Deducted (MCA) subcription

Unecessary Mobile Bill deduted from your end from last 4-5 Months for MCA subcription but already this facility is close in my mobile from last 6 months back but every months 15/- deduted in my account continiously already i have give complain on your customercare deptt he told me sir this mistake is our end sorry sir but next month your 15/- is minus on coming month bill but problem is remain same no any deduction in my mobile bill .and extra 15/- is add in my monthly mobile bill and this process is continue form your end.this is avery bed habit of reliance commounicatrion, please take this matter its very urgent issue, please give me solution as earliest possible
