School teachers insisting children for taking tution from them

Senior class teachers insisting school children/forcing them to take tution from them otherwise get ready to fail. my child was so tensed that started to cry profusely when i denied taking tution from school teacher. i will not disclose their identities here as i will do so only in front of principal as i have to ask many questions from him.

why this is in practice that school teachers are getting high salary even then they insist for home tutions?

why then fees is hiked?

why school administration is not paying attention to such complaints even though they are in very high numbers?

why they are playing with our child future and career?
