UNSUAL CHARGES BY PVT SCHOOLS

Dear Sir

My daughter study in Bal Bhavan Public School in laxmi nagar. She Came in 2nd Class this year. When i get result school give me fee card and fees is increased to 1320 per month with SF Charges of 300 Quaterly and 1000 Rs Examination fees, 2500 development fund annual charges. and Rs 1680 for books . i am earning 16 k per month how can i pay these heavy charges every year charges by school . i have twin kid both are 3 year old when i said for admission in play way in same school they are charging 22k per student. when i said any discount they principal and manager say line outside of the school for admission if u want ur daughter study here u have to pay other wise i get 35 k for admission from other parents.

Tell me what is the rules in delhi for school and education. how a middle class parents make his kids educated. and from last 2 year because of recession no salary hike and price of all product is also on top.
