dear Mr. Kumar,

please refer the e mail sent you on 08/05 regarding my Baleno car (reg.no. KL 23-4675, chasis no. MA3EEJ9 IS 00133422, engine no. G 16 BBN 527534, purchased from Sitaraman& Co. Trissur, Kerala, on 18/01/07.) The vehicle is lying inthe workshop of POPULAR VEHICLES & SERVICES, KOLLAM, KERALAM. for more than 2 weeks

The full set (ie pully, crank lock, shaft, etc.) including shaft has to be replaced now as reported by your authorised dealer POPULAR VEHICLES & SERVICES, KOLLAM, KERALAM. I have been informed that it is due to manufacturing defect so happened.car is just completed around 18500 k.m only& and 2 years.

I kindly request you to take personal initiative to get it replaced

free of cost.
