Exploitation of staff

I have been working in Bal niketan model sr. sec. school, sector-37A, chandigarh for last five months. the onwer of the school Mr. Kapoor exploited the staff. He called teachers & students on gazzted holidays. If teachers requested holiday, he deduct salary for the gazzted holiday. On 21st september, on ID the school will remain open up to 11A.M. he also appoint teachers on less salary & show high salary in books. Even he deduct provident fund from teachers salary but he did not give any provident fund number to the teachers. And also not gave any salary slip. The school is upto 2 with medical, non-medical & commerce stream. there is 400 students in medical & non-medical. but there is not any compulsion for the students to attend the school. Students take admission in the other private institutes. School is only playing a role of broker to provide the roll numbers for final examination.

Overall school motto is not to provide any better education to the society but just to earn profit. so sir, please take the necessary action so that the level of the education is not fell down.
