PF WITHDRAWL AMOUNT NOT COME

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am an ex-employee of BHARTI AXA LIFE INSURANCE LTD. RAJKOT, named JAYESH VYAS bearing employee code no: 31598 and my EPF account no was MH/48185/28595 RAJKOT, State-GUJARAT.

I have submit my PF WITHDRAL the month of July submit at BHARTI AXA LIFE INSURANCE RAJKOT OFFICE last so many time I do mail PFSUPPORT@HCCA.CO.IN MR.SUBHASH was answered me my mail that pf department process my pf withdral form at 13/01 he said after processing of 90 day done to this process but till process will not complete pfsupport also not anwer to my mail.

So I kindly urge you to look into the matter and treat is as urgent as your staff are not sure of their job and have been misguiding me and harassing me. Awaiting for a favorable right guidance from your end as I am helpless regarding this issue of mine.

Regional office Bandra has switched onver to new application software. As soon as your claim is being entered in the new system. On entering the claim form you will received SMS on mobile where number given on claim form. However you can check the claim status on www.epfindia.com
