Rude Behaviour of BMTC Conducto

Sir,

I would like to lodge a complaint against the bus conductor of BMTC bus route number 330 (Bus Details: KA 01 FA 357). This incident occured on 12th August around 9.30a.m. I boarded this bus from Murugeshpalaya bus stop (the one near total mall). When I gave the conductor my ticket fare which is Rs 10 (Murugeshpalaya to Trinity Circle) he gave me a ticket of 8 Rs. He did not give back any change either. When I asked him why he gave me a ticket for 8 Rs, he started shouting at me like anything. I was totally embarassed since he literally abused me amidst all the people in the bus. Also I am not a Kannadiga, so I couldnt understand for what he was shouting. Can't non-kannadigas travel in bmtc buses? Had i been a kannadiga, would he abuse me like that? Sir, there is a minimum courtesy expected when you are talking to a woman. He was too rude.

So, I would like to lodge a complaint against the conductor for his misbehavior. I would request the concerned officer to give the maximum punishment to the conductor, so as to make sure that the same wouldn't happen to any other girl.

Also I would like to know the status of this issue via mail.
