ordered thru HDFC debit card.

as was told the order will be delivered on the same day, i had ordered a gift item for a birthday to be delivered on the same day but they have not even bothered to deliver the order on the day or the next day. they are not ready to refund back. and the customer care is not giving proper reference or any solution to the problem. as i have ordered through debit card i am also worried about the card details and anu fraud against it.
