Signal not working

Respected Sir,

I had an accident with an Auto near 80 feet road and CMH junction yesterday morning (i.e., 22/10). i was coming in my bike and i had to over take a BMTC bus which just started from the bus stop. But the auto came from CMH road and rushed into the 80 feets road to go to jeevan bhimanagar. Due to the signal problem i didnt notice the auto coming and i collided with the auto. My bike's front fort and shock absorber is broken. I have claimed for insurance for the damage. I would like to lodge a complaint on the signal problem in the 80 feets road, indiranagar. Please take furthur steps to correct these problems in the city. I could have died in that accident as the bus was passing by my right side. I dont want such events to happen to anyone in future. Please process this request with full priority.
