Ank is showing Rs 3000/- withdraw by OBC ATM but there was no transaction by me

I am last two years old customer and I am facing a problem by your ICICI bank, I have forward a complaint in youy customer care (complaint no-SR117134048).amd there was no solution of my problem.

There was no transaction by me which was saying by your customer care executive because at time of transaction there was only Rs677/-in my a/c so how can possible I can withdraw Rs 3000/-.

This is request you that pls check my case at the priorty basis and refund Rs3000/- in my a/c which is deduct by ICICI BANK.
