Packet not delivered and no one is ready to help

I am stuck up with this stupid courier company TRACKON. The site office guy tells me that he has returned it to head office; but the head office guy asks me to contact site office. None of them think they can help me. The bitch at the head office doesn't listen and hangs off the call. The bastard at the local office can't figure out what my problem is. None of them divulge their names. I can't figure out how these morons run the the business.
