I have taken home loan from ICICI and wanted to transfer the remaining amount to Bank of Baroda as they were offering better deal in terms of interest rates. The BoB representative from the loans department told me that it will take 15-20 for the process to complete. I submitted my application in November along with all the documents required by BoB. Its been 4 months now and still the application has not been processed (since the cheques given by me for legal and process fees have not yet been debited from my account). I have been following up regularly and the response I get is that it will be done at the earliest. The feedback link on the bank's site doesn't work either. Does anyone have the email ids of the senior people from BoB?
