Non delivery of debit card

Espected authority

i have an joint savings account wuth my mother (in samrala branch distt ludhiana) my name is aman garg and my moms name is arun bala

i have tried to make a debit card thrice

first there was no response but now they are saying that the card already exist but in actual we dont hav any debit card

it is very difficult to withdraw money by the old method so plz try to solve my problem as soon as possible
