One of the employees of bank of baroda, K.G. Marg who make a challan said do carry change even u make a challan of Rs. 400. If U will give Rs 500 to him, he will not give u a change of mere Rs. 100 and said that " Kal se Khule Le Kar Aana Nahi to Challan nahi banaunga.
