Always..Misbehaviour of Staff. Specially Maningar Main Branch Ahmedabad

I m working with Jindal Worldwide ltd. Ahmedabad. Unfortulately we were offered salary accounts in Bank Of Baroda (Maninagar Main Branch) before 2 years. Since then we are facing problems. I wanted to have internet banking. I have submitted Internet Banking Forms (Note: I m using term "FORMS" not "FORM") 4 times. Still i dont have nothing. Meanwhile my resident address is changed and I m living on rent. So I represented my new address on Company's Letter Head.

They people refused it and told me that what is the proof or existance of this address.? So what is the importance or value of company's letter head? Nothing... If this is so then why they kept mum at the time of account opening? Why they approved my address at that time?

Staff of Maninagar Main Branch is totally useless and arrogant. I will try to convience my company authority to withdraw all the salary accounts (no. of salary accounts from company : 151) from bank of baroda.

We stick to the nationalised bank as far as possible. But these people force us to go to Multinational Banks.
