After a long time i didnot get my ATM card

Hello sir

My Name is mohd irshad i am a customer of bank of baroda branch bazpur. i appleid for ATM card on 6-june.

but i dont have my ATM card at the present time when i ask to bank manager for my ATM card they say we dont have your ATM card please ask tommorow. it has been more than seventy (70) days. what should i do. please sir reply.

i took Education loan from bank of baroda so i cant close the Account from that bank.
